We have an experienced operation team to select the most appropriate ship owner and shipping date for customers according to their needs, so as to ensure the safe and punctual shipment of goods. We have cooperated with MSK, CMA, CGM, MSC, PIL, COSCO, Zim and other shipping companies for many years to help you reduce transportation costs. In view of the long customs clearance time and difficult customs clearance in Africa, we provide extra long-term free container application service free of charge to help you realize your commitment to customers. We provide agent certificate services such as BESC, ECTN, BSC, CTN, BIC, CRN and FERI to solve the worries of customs clearance.

For goods with less than one container, we also have corresponding LCL services for customers to choose. African LCL effectively fills the gap between full container sea transportation and air transportation in Africa and solves some customers' pain points.

In terms of customer service operation, Sinoriver implements "one-to-one special person service". One B/L of goods is only operated by the same customer service personnel in the whole process. It does not adopt multi person division of labor and assembly line operation, and provides "housekeeper service". All work is pre judged in advance. We summarize the customer's shipping rules and information, the customer just gives us simple instructions, and we will handle the rest to save the customer's worry.
